Stephen's career in hotels started at the prestigious One Devonshire Gardens in 2003 where he worked as a porter, trainee manager and Duty Manager.
He then moved on to Cotswold House Hotel in Chipping Campden where he spent 2 years as the conference and banqueting manager, later moving into the role of Deputy Manager.
Stephen joined the company in 2007 as House Manager at Hotel du Vin Tunbridge Wells, moving to the role of Deputy General Manager as part of the opening team at Hotel du Vin Edinburgh where he remained until January 2010 when he took the role of General Manager at Malmaison Glasgow.
